The programmable controller (PLC) controls the welding action/procedure for high reliability

Used for welding color plastic, plastic steel profiles, welding is completed at the same time will be on both sides of the welding tumor cleaning is completed. Surface joint does not leak ground color, high-grade beautiful.

The clamping jaws with knife meet the welding process needs of color profiles and ordinary white profiles respectively
With the lower out positioning plate model, and the moving pair of the lower out positioning plate is the slider moving pair, accurate positioning, can ensure the ideal seamless welding effect.

" Co - extrusion / film coating" conversion function ( to be customized ),
specially designed for film coating profiles, to prevent tearing film and joint foaming.
High precision linear feed slide, extended guide part, integral upper pressure clamp plate,
four corners linear design, welding flatness is good, long-term guarantee accuracy.

The process parameters can be adjusted continuously to meet the needs of different profile welding processes
High reliability with high quality electrical components

Special plate for profiles can be installed to achieve good control of weld overflow range, so as to obtain good weld-clear Angle appearance quality and improve welding Angle strength.

" Seamless / slotted" conversion function is suitable for all kinds of
