Our high-performance Smart Connection Aluminum Processing Equipment CNC Any Angle Cutting Saw Machine is suitable for cutting industrial aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall materials, and can also be used for cutting and blanking PVC and wood profiles, so that the sawing angle can be adjusted at will between 43° and 157.5°.Numerical control system can realize advanced functions such as optimized cutting of profiles.

Specification

§Imported high-speed spindle direct motor mounts diamond saw blade, and the feed of saw blade is driven by gas-liquid damping cylinder, which ensures stable cutting.
§High-precision imported cutting saw blade, smooth cutting section, imported servo motor to drive imported reducer.
§The size of several profiles to be cut can be input at one time, and continuous cutting of different lengths can be realized, and the processing size can be directly input, and the sawing length can be changed without going back to the reference point.
§There is a saw blade sealing device under the workbench, which has a good chip removal eect, a follow-up opening and closing saw cover, safety and reliability, and a good working environment.
§Each head has two cylinders to clamp the profile, which makes the cutting safe and reliable.
