The intelligent glass upper piece cutting all-in-one machine is composed of two systems, the upper piece cutting all-in-one machine and the air floating breaking table, which integrates automatic chip, automatic optimization typesetting, automatic labeling, automatic cutting, automatic transmission and air floating breaking platform, and the glass cutting process realizes automatic operation. The machine is equipped with a power walking wheel, which can control the walking steering through the remote control in the operation area for convenient displacement. The machine can realize the straight line and special-shaped cutting of glass, suitable for architecture, decoration, home appliances, mirror assembly, handicrafts and other glass industry processing

Cutting control, typesetting and optimization

1. Glass professional cutting and optimization of typesetting function: greatly improve the glass cutting rate and production efficiency.

2. Compatible with Italian OPTIMA optimization software and domestic Guiyou software standard G code: to achieve the versatility of different formats of file processing.3. Fault diagnosis and alarm function: it can automatically record the running state of the machine in the production process, give fault alarm and display problems.

Fiber-optic laser positioning

1. Automatic edge-finding and positioning of the glass: accurately detect the actual position and deflection Angle of the glass, and automatically adjust the cutting path of the knife head to improve the efficiency.

2. Intelligent special-shaped scanning: the detector can conduct intelligent scanning of special-shaped objects and automatically generate figures with feedback to realize imitation shape cutting.

The pressure of the cutting head is controlled by the electromechanical integrated precision pressure valve. The uniform output pressure of the cylinder makes the cutting head perfectly fit the glass surface cutting, so as to avoid the phenomenon of jumping knife due to glass quality problems.

Automatic oil supply

During glass cutting, kerosene is automatically filled by pneumatic pressure control, and is synchronized with the cutting head through PLC control.

Expansion of the large arm

The upper glass plate adopts the telescopic structure of the large arm, replacing the mobile piece of the old model, and completely realizes the automatic piece without manual intervention. The upper arm telescopic film is not only better safety, the efficiency of the upper arm is doubled.
