Designed for economical and efficient machining of aluminium and thin-walled steel profiles
All operations, such as routing, drilling, tapping, thread milling, notching and sawing, are performed while the profile bar is stationary to protect the profile surfaces
Machining with all tools at angles continuously adjustable from -90° to +90°
Equipped with 8 positions umbrella tool magazine allows fast machining and short tool changing time,thus optimizing the machining cycles
Auto clamp avoidance system improves the efficiency and safety
Operator cam software with graphic 3D display of workpieces(optional)
The magazine can be equipped with T slot saw blade for end milling of transom profiles.
Angle heads are available for double and end machining (0°-90°-180°-270°) (optional)
