Product Description
The spindle adopts air-cooled electric spindle, with power of 6 and 5Kw and rotation speed of 0 ~ 18,000 rpm, with high precision, good safety and high reliability.
Adopting CNC system, equipped with professional CAD-CAM programming software, the G code can be automatically converted and
processed, with simple operation, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
The motion pairs all adopt imported guide rails and sliders, the X axis adopts high-precision helical gears and helical racks, and the Y axis and Z axis adopt high-precision ball screws for transmission. Smooth transmission, e ectively improving the accuracy of the whole machine.
The workbench is turned over by 180°,-90° ~ 0° ~+90°, and the profile can be machined on three sides at one time.
When processing deep through holes (special-shaped holes), deep hole processing is realized by turning the workbench, which improves efficiency and quality.
Manual pump oil supply system is adopted, and the tool adopts system-controlled spray cooling device.
The main electrical components, circuit breakers and AC contactors are made of products from France.
The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structures, all of which have been aged.
